
The Department of Consumer Affairs along with the California Barbering & Cosmetology Apprenticeship Learning Center, Inc. (NCBCAC) have partnered to provide a program which allows for qualified stylists and salon owners increase the profits of their business by training and apprentice on site.
Just think what it would mean to your business if you or your stylists could service twice the number of clients by using an apprentice! The apprentice will be trained to do the work using the techniques and methods that your prefer.

Phase II is the Pre-Apprentice Program. This course is part of the Apprenticeship package. It is designed to prepare the student for the daily operations and procedures in the salon.
In the third phase, students will be exposed to all required exam procedures in accordance with the California cosmetology performance criteria. Courses will include:
