SALON OR BARBERSHOP REQUIREMENTS:

• The salon must have a valid Establishment License and No Current Fines.
• Submit to CBCALC, INC a copy of their Workers Compensation Insurance Certificate with application.
• Pay each student at least minimum wage per hour ($8.00 per hour).
• Submit a Pay Stub after the 2nd week of employment.
• NO BOOTH RENTING.

Keep a copy of the following Apprentice record’s in each Employee file.

• Apprentice Agreement.
• Apreement to Train Apprentice.
• Inspection form indicating hourly wage.
• On the Job Training Records.
• Paystub.
